The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work under pressure and will have excellent communication skills. You will be required to work closely with the restaurant manager ensuring all staff are continually engaging with customers and exceeding customer expectations.
You will assist the Restaurant Manager with managerial responsibilities including:
- Preparation of rotas
- Co-ordinating staff
- Opening and closing procedures
- Managing the booking system
- Dealing with customer complaints
